Why do people get puss build-up inside their ear lobes? Is it just like a pimple? How do you get rid of it? Get a needle?

Pus anywhere is a sign of infection and is not normal. Get it checked out.

To some people, lot's of things are gross....I have a stomach of steel.....sounds like your pores are simply becoming clogged...this is normal sometimes...and yes, even in the ear....what to do about it ..??....if it's come to "a head" like a regular pimple, then you could just simply squeeze the pus out....otherwise, if there is no "head" and instead a cyst, then I would consider seeing a doctor..they could probably do something really quick about it...right in the office....I had cystular acne...and until I found a doctor that put me on a daily regimen of a good acne med....I was miserable.....you should have seen my face...now that was gross!!...good luck....

That happens because body is producing a lot of hormones. Just drink a lot of water and have all kinds of fruits and vegetable. You shud be ok with a good diet and h2o.
