I'm sitting here, at almost 2 am trying to write a 20 page paper, so I'm there with ya. I'm a professional procrastinator. What I do is drink those Starbucks premade mocha lattes. I only drink 1 every few hours and I also eat snacks, (not heavy meals because this will make you sleepy!!) and drink a lot of water. Also, you need to take periodic breaks and get up and move around to get some endorphins going and wake you back up. If you start to fall asleep rub the roof of your mouth with your tongue. It will cause a itchy-tickly sensation and wake you back up for the moment. Good luck!

I usually take an energy pill and drink lots of kool-aid throughout the night. Maybe a pitcher or a little less. I do it for school...so I still have to make it through the day. But I'm usually ready to pass out around 5pm.

I work nights, along with two part-time evening jobs as well as a 4-year old. When I need to wake up I get some exercise and drink caffinated green tea. I cool it and add ice and stevia (sweetener). It gets me going for when I need it.

All the redbulls and monsters no longer work on me. As funny as it sounds, regular coffee still works. I'm not talking about weak frapucino Starbucks coffee here, I mean plain black coffee.

Why do you stay up all night and then sleep during the day?
Why not sleep at night and then be awake during the day?
