I have thin long hair, and not a lot of it. I want fuller, healthier hair. I'm using Garnier Frutice long & strong, should I use a different shampoo or other treatment?

u can use PANTENE, it nourishes ur sclp and in some mths, u could b able 2 bypass forward if wateva u wanna do. or use DOVE. it makes ur hair particularly particularly thick which u can skinny and layer at a hairdresser afterwards.

There are cremes that do that. Use one myself that doesn't leave a residue or show to the public but it makes it look very healthy and full.
