The best treatment is to exfoliate regularly. Biore makes a great pore minimizing skin care line with scrubs, and toners that really do work. The heated mask is THE BEST!
You can also buy a make up primer at Sephora that works great under your foundation to make your pores appear much smaller.

A good Toner will help, also I have found that Netragena Clear Complextion foundation helps me out a lot.

Microdermabrasion. you can do it self but really the best way is to do it from a pro and get laser microdermabrasion. If you go to your skin care professional they will prob go with that route
