I would choose Russian since they are working hard with China. Once your homeland is ready for the change and start dealing with Russia on every aspect of life this might help you with some extra income in the long run.

Do you mean Deutsch (German for German) or Dutch? They're spelled similarly but they're two completely different languages so double check on that.

If you have to choose between Dutch and Russian, then I suggest you take up Russian because it's more commonly spoken than Dutch.

If you have to choose between German and Russian, then I suggest you take up the former because it's more commonly spoken.

However, if you have the option of Arabic then I highly recommend that.

Frankly you are wasting your time both ways. Dutch people speak perfect English and so do the Russians. If you want to learn another and useful language learn Spanish. It is easy and very colourful whereas Dutch is ugly and boring and Russian is lovely but extremely difficult.
