i have a creatine powder bottle.. it says that it should be used along with sum no acidic drink. so can i use it with protien shake? or just some UHT treated milk?

What difference does it make? If that's your photo posted, and you have a functioning liver, then the only purpose in taking the protein shakes or the creatine supplements is to attempt to damage your kidneys. They can't possibly help you "bulk up." So why not do some good and donate a kidney before you damage them, and save the bucks on the supplements.

When you say 'protein Shake' exactly what do you mean because I have heard of a protein shake but you can also have a protein shake that has nothing to do with milk in a glass.

You can use the creatine with your protein drink. Just make sure that there are simple sugars in your protein drink to activate the creatine.

You can, but why? its a PROTIEN SHAKE, not a science experiment.
