Yes, I used it to help me lose almost 60 pounds and 12 inches off my waist line. I started in 1999 taking 2 teaspoons in a glass of water 20-30 before every meal. No, it doesn't taste good. It works as an appetite suppressant and has a mild thermogenic effect too. I didn't make a lot of diet changes or add any special exercise to my regime at the time. It is slow, it is not quick, but it does work. And there are a whole slew of health benefits besides the weight loss. You can use generic apple cider vinegar, any brand will do. Just make sure it is not the "apple flavored" vinegar. A Dr. did a lot of research on this years ago, but I can't find his book. I don't have them all unpacked yet, sorry.

It can act as a diuretic and some people do lose weight. Dilute about two tablespoons in a cup of warm water. You can add honey or if you are counting calories as I am just add Splenda. It also add nutrients.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

Everybody says it can, but I'm not sure of the way it affects your body. You can even buy apple cider vinegar pills and I think they're intended to suppress appetite.

I don't really know because it's so bitter and awful, it's difficult to swallow that crap for more than a few days. I did hear if you do mix a few tablespoos with water, you should try to avoid your teeth and brush well after, or it could harm them and wear them out. Just something I heard.
