going out on a limb, but you prob have to go to a wedding or important party. Well with the increase in people who have tattoos this has become rather easy to deal with. You can get a tattoo cover up kit on Yahoo! shopping or you can check out make up stores. Here is a link where you can buy one on Yahoo!: http://www.advantagebridal.com/wetacoupkit.html

at David's Bridal they sell a special brand of make up that is made especially for covering tattoos that would show... i was going to use it when i was in a wedding a lil over a year ago because i also had to wear a halter dress and the tattoo on my upper back would show, but the bride ending up not caring and told me not to worry about it. i hope this helps! when i asked the sales clerk about it she said it worked really well. good luck!

If its a tatto on your arm...the solution is a long sleeve shirt or maybe a sweater. If the tattoo is on the lower part of your leg ...the solution is pants or jeans...These items are sold in many local malls and shopping centers.

most large mall stores sell Covermark by Dermablend. Try on a little in the store first to make sure it covers. it's in the makeup section.

it is makeup. i'm sure it varies in price but i know there is a brand called "ben nye" they manufacture theater makeup, clown makeup etc. and they have one that will cover tattoos. it's not super expensive... less than $20 i think and it should last for a while.
