I've been told I don't qualify for more loans to get a 2nd 4 year degree since I already have one even though I could get help for a master's or doctorate. That doesn't seem right to me. I majored in English and got a degree but now I want to go through an accelerated 15 month program to get my R.N. and so far have run into dead ends? Any help?
