Not brilliant. They are great for vocab. and pronunciation and if you are learning a language with a different alphabet, it helps with that too and it's good for comprehension but unless you are some kind of linguistic genius, you will never pick up the grammar and be able to use it properly because it's never explained. It's also pretty monotonous after a while. Rosetta Stone in conjunction with other learning aids is fine but alone, it's not great.

Yes, this program works very quickly and is virtually hassle free to use. I would recommend it for use.
