She doesn't really need clothes, jewelry or handbags. Not much room in very small apartment. She's not able to get out much and can't drive. Also, I need to spend as little as possible as my financial situation not that great. Please help with any ideas.

How about a gift card that goes something like this:
My birthday present to you, Grandmother, will be 2 hours a month for the next year to come in to clean, vacuum,do a little cooking or what ever needs to be done.
Or instead of a gift, take her out for a nice lunch or a ride in the country. Time spent with her will mean more than monetary gifts at her age. Congratulations! I only wish my Grandma could have lived to be 91.

Get her a nice card and take her out to lunch. Spend as much time with her as you can that day and show how much you love her. You are very lucky to have a 91 year old grandmother.

What about making her something? A scrap book of pictures? Making her a blanket? It's getting to be colder weather...she might like that. Or get your picture taken and frame it. Then wrap it up as a gift to her.
How about something practical, or useful that she needs? Think of something she could use.
Does she like candy? Is she into certain bath soaps? Fragrances? Maybe getting something special with her name on it.
I hope this helped. Good luck.

I have a great Idea!

And it costs next to nothing!

Check in your programs on your computer, and you should have a program called "windows movie maker"...get some photos of her growing up, or just special photos, pick out a song or two, and make her a special DVD slide show!

You can also upload videos to it too!

It is free (except for buying burnable DVDS)

And it can be something personal, and she can cherish!

I have really started to get into it, and my family loves it!
