There is no supplement for toning muscles. You have to exercise muscles. Exercise burns calories which otherwise would become fat.

Your exercise program is all-important. Despite all the hype, dietary supplements (assuming you have anything that even remotely resembles a decent diet) are useless unless you're already maxed out on your exercise program. Unless you're a world-class athlete, don't bother. The risk-to benefit ratio just isn't there for you.
