I think that there's too much difference between you guys for it to last. When you are 40 your hubby will be 58, but I guess it's ok if you are over 18 and so is your partner.

If it's the other way around and you're older, you'll be too old and will have menopause. You'll be jealous of the young girls he looks at or looks at him! A 40 year old and a 58 year old, you'll notice the facial wear and tear and would look really awkward. I'm just saying.

How old are you? Right now the age may not matter, but how do you think you two will feel 10 yrs down the road. My Dad was 27 years older than my Mom and they had a good marriage, but I just don't think I could live with the age difference. There's almost 2 generation gap. How much do you love him? If you two get married, I wish you the very best.

No if you're not ready and if you're under the minimum age to get married.

Well, seriously, there's nothing wrong with 18 years old gap, but you have to be aware about the big differences (hobbies, dislikes, favourite subjects in discussion, lifestyle, point of view, etc).

Yes
Wheter you are 18 years older, or he's 18 years older. It all depends on the maturity of the person.

How society will act? I actually do not care. Age is purely an excellent determination. that's compared to she's 40. 5 years isn't something. My dad is 10 years older than my mom and they began courting even as she became 18. in case you want one yet another, date. that's none of society's corporation. that's no body's corporation yet yours. "Ain't no body's yet yours and your toddler's. Hee hee!" =D reliable luck to the both actually one of you.

The age doesn't play into it as much as the feelings you both share. If you focus on just the age then you are not looking at what you should be before considering spending the rest of your life with this person. It should be about the love involved not your ages.

Unless you're 18 and he is 36, it shouldn't be a problem.

umm, I personally think that's nasty. The 4 year old my grandma takes care of, meaning him?!! I was 18 when he was born, and I'm 22. so I don't think so!
