I haven't eaten barely anything in the past 3 days, I have a horrible headache, especially after I get up from sitting or laying down. I am weak all over and yesterday I threw up 4 times. Today, I haven't thrown up, but I still have the same feeling and I also had a fever and my body is achey. Especially my neck, it hurts and I am very tired. I already recieved a meningitis shot..so that can't be it. What could I have?

Sounds like the flu, food poisoning or you might be anemic.

Symptoms of flu include:

*fever (usually high)
*headache
*extreme tiredness
*dry cough
*sore throat
*runny or stuffy nose
*muscle aches
*Stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, also can occur but are more common in children than adults

The symptoms from the most common types of food poisoning generally start within 2 to 6 hours of eating the food responsible. That time may be longer (even a number of days) or shorter, depending on the toxin or organism responsible for the food poisoning. The possible symptoms include:

*Nausea and vomiting
*Abdominal cramps
*Diarrhea (may be bloody)
*Fever and chills
*Weakness (may be serious and lead to respiratory arrest, as in the case of botulism)
*Headache

Symptoms of anemia include:
*Fatigue
*Weakness
*Fainting
*Breathlessness
*Heart palpitations (rapid or irregular beating)
*Dizziness
*Headache
*Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
*Difficulty sleeping
*Difficulty concentrating

Common signs include:
*Pale complexion
*The normally red lining of the mouth and eyelids fades in color
*Rapid heartbeat (tachycardia)
*Abnormal menstruation (either absence of periods or increased bleeding)

The head achy feeling is a migraine from not eating. When you starve your body, your blood vessels in your brain expand to accommodate your starving brain. But since you haven't eaten, all it does is expand your brain. This causes your head and neck to hurt.

Seriously, if you can, see a doctor. They can tell you exactly what's wrong. If you're trowing up, they can give you good advice, like start with easy foods like saline crackers. as soon as you keep those down move on to heartier foods.

You should probably go to the hospital. If you haven't eaten and you've been throwing up, you are most likely dehydrated. You may very well have something mild like the flu, but I'm worried about the dehydration.

You could possibly have the flu, loss of appetite, fever, and body aches. I really recommend you go see a doctor, it seems serious considering your body isn't getting any nourishment (no food) and with you vomitting, it won't help much. Please go to a doctor, it seems serious and sometimes even the simplest of viruses can be really harmful if not treated.

Hope you feel better

Sounds like stomach flu...you must be dehydrated and hungry as hell. I remember when I had it my record was vomiting 6 times times in one day.
