You can go to Korea, but you cannot return to the US without your passport being up to date.

You said you are a Korean with an American Green Card...if your Korean passport has expired you can't go anywhere. A green card is not a passport. Better get your passport renewed at a Korean Embassy in the US before you travel. Korea will not let you in with out a valid passport - nor will any other country.

contact the nearest Korean Embassy to updated your passport.
Next time, try to get it extended before it gets expire, it'll be simpler then renewal.

No you can't..you need to update your passport to go anywhere.
