well, if you get the smart choice, or something like that, then it is pretty good for you. and it tastes the same! on regular popcorn, the butter makes it unhealthy for you. and even though kettle corn is really good, it is super bad for you. so i would recommend that you can eat the healthy but still good tasting kind a lot, but only eat the regular and kettle corn rarely. hope that helps!

Well there are different types of popcorn. I know that that most popcorn companies have come out with the individual sized bags. If you get those in the low fat variety or in the "light" variety, popcorn can be a really healthy snack!

Normally it is not great for you, but it is low calorie food that occupies a lot of space in your stomach. The problem is that it is hard to get popcorn without oil, and salt. To get the healthiest popcorn you need a air Popper.

Microwaved plain in a popper bowl with no butter/ low salt it's actually pretty good for you. Microwaved in the bag, the butter flavor kind is terrible, almost 500 calories. Lots of fiber in popcorn too.

It depends on what kind of popcorn: microwave popcorn is salty and has lots of wierd flavours on it - not so healthy. But popcorn kernels that you pop yourself can be as healthy or unhealthy as you want it to be. Just plain popped popcorn kernels are good for you and even have lots of fibre in there.

popcorn is high in fiber and without butter or salt is very good for you. if you add salt and butter you add calories and lots of saturated fat, which isn't good for you. Try to use a hot air popper then you won't get any extra calories from fats.

It can be a healthy snack if it's not smothered in butter or really cheesy. I always eat the light kind, you just have to watch how many calories are in a serving.

It's good when air popped, with no butter and salt, or very little salt
