The nape of my neck is greasy and gives off a foul odor. It is covered in yellowish bumps and when I eat foods like meat and butter it emits a thin black runny secretion through the bumps, I'm really scared and don't know what it is! Every day I wear a scarf to hide it!! HELP! Also, It's red and iritated and itchy!

You may have a skin infection with a parasite or fungus, or you may be having a reaction to something. However, it could be something more serious. You should go to the doctor to have it diagnosed and get a treatment plan. If you are embarrassed about seeing a doctor, just remember, most of people in the health field have seen a lot of strange things, and hey, we like it, that's why we went into this profession. If you still feel uncomfortable, try going to a walk-in clinic instead of seeing your regular doctor.

I have never heard of such a thing, I would go to the dr asap and get it checked out. It might be something serious. Good luck.
