Take your dog to the Vet as soon as possible. Don't feed her because if the diarrhea and vomiting are caused from Pancreatitis, it can make her sicker. Someone mentioned to let her lick on ice cubes. I wouldn't give her more than that before talking to your Vet. If your Vet is out of town or will not be in, take her to an ER clinic or to another Vet clinic.

take him/her to the vet as soon as you can, or at least call them and let them know whats going on with your dog, he/she may have a virus called parvo which vomiting and diarrehea are 2 of the symptoms of the parvo virus. you may want to call them before taking your dog to the vet because many vets don't want you to bring your dog straight into the office they want you to let them know that you think she may have parvo and that you don't want to get any other dog infected with the virus, because parvo is a very highly contagious disease towards other dogs

Don't give him/her any food or water, just ice cubes. If the V & D stop, wait a few hours, then give a small amount of food and water. If he/she keeps that down for a few hours, then give a little bit more, and so on. You might try small amounts of boiled hamberger and rice. They're supposed to be gentle on an upset stomach.
You should probably try to get him/her in to the vet as soon as possible.

Take him to vet/ animal shelter immediately. It is serious when both are happening . He/she will dehydrate. May be a sign of poisoning, which need to be taken care of now. sus04mc@yahoo.com
