hi everyone,
hope you are all great!
im just wondering if anyone out there can help me with the whole middle abs thing.
Ive been doing the upper and lower crunches/sit up thing, but how do i get the middle abs to appear? what exercise do you use to tone them? Ive already noticed some flattening with the upper and lower abs, but the middle is really annoying me.

RUN and do lots of crunches, i suggest having your feet verticle in the air and your hands pushing up towards your feet. Sitting up straight will make a big difference too!
