You should cook it first. You can freeze meat, cook it, then freeze it again, but you shouldn't freeze it, thaw it, and freeze it again. The second freezing will begin to break down the cellular structure of the meat, it gets soft and horrible. (Not soft like in tender, soft as in kinda mushy .... uuuggh!)

My husband is a chef and i know that u can refreeze beef. It may not turn out as tender when u do cook it but its okay to do. Now pork and poultry is a different story. once it is thawed u cant refreeze it. That risks food poisoning.

a good rule of thumb if it has been frozen before don't refreeze it . if you cant eat it cook it off an then u can take it out make soups or other dishes with the meat you can freeze the meat after it is cooked

Not a good idea unless you want to risk food poisoning. Cook it thoroughly first then put it in a zip bag and freeze it, that is just way safer.

No you must fry it and eat it ,you cannot thaw frozen food and then freeze it again,
