What good right before bed or an hour before bed, im really hungry and i want someone that didn't ruin my day of eating well.

My favorite bedtime snack are the Quacker chocolate chip Quakes. They are good for you and satisfy a sweet tooth. Just don't eat the whole bag like my husband does. I wouldn't really recomend fruit because of the sugars, but veggies are great especially for fiber. Hope your diet goes well....

This could be a good time to have a nice protein shake. Especially if you're weight training. Try Casein Protein. It digests more slowly than Whey protein, which make it a good choice for night time consumption.

Try to stay away from simple carbs before bed.

Hospitals routinely give out juice and gram crackers or shortbread cookies out about one hour before bedtime, its okay to have a light snack before bedtime, just nothing heavy, full of complex carbohydrates or full of caffeine.

Assuming im interpreting your english corectly, fruit is the best b4 bed snack. Vegitables as well as long as you dont drench them in dressing

Fruits and vegies are the best. They dont get u fat either, unless you eat 10apples or something.....
or you could also drink a glass of milk and have a digestive biscuit or cracker!

I recently started eating the Quaker Chewy Granola Bars, they're pretty good & good for U.
