I am an 18 year old male with a light brown skin tone and getting really bored of my black hair color. Would a really dark brown be okay with my skin tone or no? Any suggestions would be greatly appretiated!

Do you think highlights are too much? I mean highlights are usually lighter than the actually hair color... which doesn't really go well with a brown skin tone.

hey ye i think that sounds kool becoz i m asian and i've got a tanned skin so just last month i died my hair with brownish bronze at the top and black my natural hair underneath... and i've got lots and lots of comments from my friends and other ppl so yee it worked on me... good luck.... xoxoxo

You may want to try highlights. If you want a dark brown make sure you add some lighter tones to your hair as well, like a honey blonde or brown too just to add some more color so it wont conflict with your skin tone.

Yeah. Dark brown would be fine. Maybe try dark brown with a shade lighter accents/highlights.
Or you could try bleaching your hair. Or maybe a reddish-brown color.

I've seen some guys with white or really light blond hair, but I am sure it requires a lot of maintenance or it looks cheap.

you can go for golden brown color.
