Take a look, is it white in the Morning or on cold days only? Condensation, don't worry about it.
Take a white cloth like a t shirt. put it over the tailpipe for about 30 seconds. If it smells like oil it is oil. if it smokes on acceleration then look at valve job, if it always smokes Rings
Does the cloth smell like anti freeze-then look at a head gasket. That's the way we take a first look, have done it for years and 99% right

there are several possibilities forwhy your car is smoking from the tail pipe.
1.carberator is acting up and dumping 2 much fuel into the engine.
2. the rings on the pistons have gone bad wich happens over a long period of time allowing oil to go into the combustion chamber and burning along with the gas causing smoke to come out of the tailpipe.
3.you could either have a cracked head or a bad head gasket allowing water to get into the cylinders and this will cause smoke.
4.the timing could be off wich will cause the motor to not fire right wich could cause a little smoke coming out of the tailpipe.
one way to check is if u know what antifreeze smells like put your hand up close to the tail pipe and hold it there for just a second or two and then smell your hand or if the smoke seems to diapear rather quickly than it is antifreeze getting into the cylinder.
If the smoke is white it is an oil problem
if is blue or dark color than it is a fuel problem

Oil or moisture or unburned fuel (highly unlikely).

Dark is oil, could be, especially if you have been driving it hard and not changing oil regularly.

White is usually moisture, but this is only typical when frist starting. If it is continuos white, then you may have coolant/water getting into the cylinders - cracked head, blown head gasket, rusted through water jacket (also unlikely).

Tell tale sign: Having to add oil but no bad oil leaks, having to add coolant to radiator.

Check the oil right away. If it is low on oil it will smoke for sure. I can't imagine an 02 Camry having problems with the rings or valves....? But those are smokers too..lol.
