People without kidneys ?
The patient should be on countinues dialysis. He will be a bedridden patient he can't do anything.

Patient with having one kidney can live normally , have babies, but can't do heavy exercises like running.
Kidney function is to remove waste product from our body. both of the kidneys are doing same things. But if person have only one kidney all the load of work come on that kidney it has to work extra . And if patient practice heavy exercises, or have more protien in diet it will also get problem and stopped working.
That's why patient with one kidney have to change his life style in food and exercises as well.

Living without a kidney or 1 as I have 1 left which is partially damaged is tough. You do have to watch what you eat and drink. Kidneys filter the toxins out of your blood, eating junky food will put alot of garbage into your blood and your kidney now has to filter these bad toxins out. Alcohol and coffee are a big no go..... I stay away from greasy and junky food as well, it is harder than most people think, your energy level barely exists. People say you can live a normal life with 1 kidney, I wouldn't call it normal.... not at all. :(

People with no kidneys can have sex. They can also have a baby. Depends on how under control they are with dialysis. Being pregnant can cause stress on healthy kidneys. Also, people who do not have functioning kidneys need to watch their dietary intake, like potassium, sodium, to much fluid, etc.....

No kidneys=no life. My father-in-law was born with one kidney; fathered four kids and went thru WWII. He found out he had one kidney when it quit. Then because people are selfish and ignorant he could not find a kidney for a transplant because there are tens of thousands of people waiting and no donors...sign you donor card people then tell your family you mean it. Save a life...
