Hair always grows. Only, the growth process may seem slow or Fast. It may seem slow if our hair falls at a higher rate that growth.
Also, if you have split ends in your hair, it BREAKS easily and slows down the overall growth process.
Two reasons for the saying that hair grows faster if we cut frequently:
1. If we keep cutting our hair regularly, the slipt ends do not grow.
2. Also, by cutting regularly, we give an evenness to our hair. So it grows EVENLY and we feel that growth is very fast if we cut frequently.

thats a wrong theory..hair growth depends on ur diet ..the nourishment u provide ur hair..they dont grow by trimming..caz hair allways grow frm the roots nt frm the ends..so just treat ur roots..
