I have a milk allergy taht causes REAL PROBLEMS! I use goat's milk for cereal and other foods that we prepare. You can purchase it homogenized as cow's milk is and it tastes almost the same. It is expensive but to me it is always worth the price! The calcium is not actually utilized from the milk products by humans anyway. Take a calcium/magnesium supplement to get your calcium. This will insure utilization. Check at your local health food store for a decent product! Have a great week.

There's also rice milk, which doesn't taste so...soy-y. You can take a supplement, plus dark green leafy vegetable such as Kale have calcium. Tofu and other soy products contain calcium, and there are now juices (Tropicana orange comes to mind) that are fortified with calcium. Remember that calcium and vitamin D should be taken together for best absorption.

try 1500 mg. Calcium each and daily, balanced with the suited quantities of Magnesium and diet D for absorption. Soy products could be very harsh to the digestive tract for a lot of people. With my dairy allergic reactions, i've got chanced on that i like Oat milk ultimate for it incredibly is texture & flavor. Rice milk is powerful, tried some in the past i chanced on one that did no longer have a bitter flavor. There are additionally almond milk, and many others. Meyberg Farms makes a reliable goat's milk, according to threat worth a try. according to threat diverse for you, yet as I actually have a real dairy hypersensitive reaction (to the protein in it), i won't be able to do goat's milk the two, uncertain how that performs out with the lactose tiers. a reliable wellness nutrients shop ought to have the skill that could be useful you with all of this. ultimate of wellness to you!

almond milk
or perhaps a different brand of soy milk? I like light silk chocolate, 8th continent light vanilla, and for plain I usually use a japanese brand since it's less sweet and has a more neutral flavor.
Other sources of calcium from Wiki: broccoli, kale, dandelion greens, collard greens, almonds, sesame seeds, blackstrap molasses, beans, and fortified beverages such as soy milk and orange juice.
And here's another great resource too that has a lot of surprises; who'd have guessed sea cucumber could be so calcium rich? ;)

Almond milk, rice milk, goat milk, if your lactose intolerant there's Lactaid. Someone said coconut milk but that's not real milk its not meant to be drunk everyday because it's high in fat and besides its just juice.
