In Canada and the U.S.A. 2 Tbl. is 2 tablespoons, 3 teaspoons (tsp) equal a tablespoon. So if you do not have a Tbl. measure you can measure out 6 teaspoons instead.
If you are using British recipes or using metric measuring spoons matters are a little more complex.
A British Tbl or metric Tbl. is almost twice that of a USA or Cdn. measure.
I suggest that you check the origin of the recipe - if it in an Englsh (UK) magazine or cookbook and use the appropriate UK measures.
If you have any doubts search Google or some other engine for "recipe conversions" or just conversions to start. I have all Canadian measures but often I use recipes from Europe, the UK or Europe and constantly have to convert.
Hope this is useful info for you and good luck with your recipe.

LOL! Here, it seems about 10% of drivers know what yield means. I do know what it means, and I do use caution when I see a yield sign. After all, I don't want some semi to crash into my car; killing me.
