Usually maturity level and level of dependency.
But to be honest there are older females behaving immature.
It's not the age it is the person.

depends on the woman. i can tell you that a 30 year old is usually more sure of herself, ready to settle down and have a family, but thats not always the case. a 23 year old, in general isnt ready to give up the party life just yet. but again, it depends on the woman and her maturity level...look at me, im 24 with 2 kids and youd think that i was at least 30, not looks wise, people think im 16....but thats beside the point.

At those ages, they are considered women, and not girls anymore.
23-Still very into herself and her friends. More social and usually has a much younger body and in great shape.
30-More mature, ready to settle down. Just entering her sexual prime.
It depends on what you want from your relationship. Honesty I believe you have a better chance at success with the older woman than the younger.

Big difference. 23 years still getting to know self and only been clubbing for 2 years. 30yr 7 years of clubbing tired of the club scene comfortable in skin knows what she wants and less likely to get divorced and secure.

well i want to marry a 23 yo lady and yes i think there is a huge difference --- i have connected better with the 23 yo than any older ladies

experience goes a long way. plus at thirty a women starts to peak sexually. She is more confident within her self. That's more fun for you
