No. This is provable. For example, if there were a random occurence in which the entire deck were dealt in reverse order onto the playing field, you would never be able to move a single card. Or, a better example, you are dealt the following cards face up:
K K K K J J J
And all of the cards available to you are 9 or lower and the aces are buried, you wouldn't be able to win.

Yes. If you are talking about the solitaire come with MS windows. All games are winable (positive numbers).

You try # -1 & # -2, and that's not.
