This problem is more common,then you think.A lot of people have the same problem.Try to breath deeply and imagine flowers-it really help.Before to go anywhere ,you think you can have a problems-don't eat!Tell yourself-nothing is such a bed,look different on the life!

deap breaths....i know you probably hear that a lot but i think it really helps. Focus on making each breath long and deep rather than short and shallow. Do this for a couple minutes and it should help.

I would see a therapist for relaxation and anti-anxiety techniques that you can practice every time you get nervous.
