A caution I must give you! Do not try to loose weight try to lose fat weight, and not very fast. My college book suggests only 2.2 pounds per week. It may not seem like much but seeing as 1 pound of fat is roughly 3500 calories, that is a whole lot. As with exercise try more weight training i.e. lifting weights and strength training. This will cause the muscle to grow thus your fat will begin to recede, unfortunatly your average weight will stay the same or grow for a while, but after that the weight will start go off, and you will feel better.

Okay my husband bought this e-book called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle and it is great. It is not a fad diet. He had to change his eating habits. The book tells you how to do it. He eats a breakfast that consists of plain oatmeal with Splenda and maybe an egg (Egg Beaters), then for luch a deli sandwich with no cheese (usually Subway), then another sanderwich at about 3 or 4 pm, then dinner that consists of some protein and some carbs, then a snack before bed. He also worksout about 45 minutes a night. He has lost so much weight it is amazing. And he is never hungry. He cut out most fats and sugar. You have got to read this book. Oh yeah he does not lose more than 2.5 pounds per week. Keep with it and you will see results.

My daughter has lost weight by giving up most of her bread, fried foods and soft drinks. She drinks water instead of tea or coke and she looks fabulous.

you dont need much money to lose your weight just exercise and dont eat junk food, just eat vegetables and fruit i bet you'll have great body!
