Does anyone's nuetered male cat have two sac like things under his butt? My cat was fixed when he was a baby and is now over a year old and I have recently noticed this, and am wondering if it is normal.

Also - they are covered with the same hair that covers his body. They are bald or anything.

Hi there again...some male cats have larger scrotal sacs then others. Once a intact male is neutered the veterinarian removes the entire testicles from within the sac. After surgery the sacs shrink but remain like little (forgive the term) "dingle balls".

When they neuter male cats, they place a tiny incision in the cats scrotum (the testicle sac) from which they "pop out" the actual testicles. That is why neutered males still have the sac intact, although they are empty. So what you noticed about your cat's two sac is entirely and absolutely normal. Don't you think its great that they neuter animals now without mutilating them! Cool ah? :)

Yes it is normal I'm not sure the technical term on a cat but it amounts to being a scrotum. Having a male cat myself I do know some (not all) of them after getting fixed have urinary problems I Had to put my cat on urinary tract (special Diet) food since I did that he has been fine.

Even though your cat was neutered, the scrotum or sac remains. This is probably what you are seeing.

it could be an infection, or it might be normal... i have 3 neutered male cats, and they kinda have it but, it's just because it was once there, and but i don't think it matters.

That doesn't sound normal... it sounds like tumors. I'd take him to a vet as soon as possible. I hope its just scar tissue - good luck.
