Bleaches or whiteners can cause sensitive teeth. I had this problem, and on the advice of my dentist switched to a toothpaste without whiteners. The sensitivity went away. If you are intent on using the whiteners, you can switch to Sensodyne or another sensitivity toothpaste to help you feel more comfortable.

You are stripping the enamel off of your teeth when you use whitening strips. The nerve endings are now closer to the surface of your teeth. That's why they are more sensitive.

That happens because of the peroxide i am using those too these days and i feel the same type of thing.

you are removing the top layer of your teeth. and inner layer is sensitive. so teeth bleaching is not advisable.
