Closest to Photoshop would be GIMP

Nothing close to Primiere except VirtualDub, which is, as you can guess, for dubbing, but it can do some editing.

Maya has a personal learning edition that is free to download...

hey for photoshop there is gimp which is free open source and for maya replacement you can try blender3d
