A general slowing down of thought, speech and movement
Feelings of anxiety
Tearfulness for no reason
Short temper
Lack of energy and constant exhaustion
Inability to enjoy things
Lack of concentration
Difficulty making decisions
Feeling that you're forgetful
Negative thoughts about the future
Feelings of guilt
Loss of identity
Blaming self and low self-esteem
Feelings of hopelessness and despair
Unrealistic sense of failure
Loneliness, even when around others
Becoming preoccupied with illness
Loss of appetite and resulting loss of weight
Reduced desire for sex these are some signs of depression you could have one or more....if you do you need to talk with a doctor...

Maybe you are resting too much - try exercising more and you will find that you just get more and more energy. If eating right, exercising and getting enough sleep don't help maybe you should see a doctor - you might have chronic fatigue or a blood sugar level problem or something. Your emotional state can have a lot to do with energy as well, if you're not very happy then that may have something to do with it. Again, exercise will help that too, because exercising releases endorphins (happy hormones) into the body and makes you feel good. I hope you feel better soon : )

May want to consider the change to odd hours of work having a rather dramatic effect on your digestive processes. May want to consider also, the inclusion digestive aids as papaya (fruit or pills) and even going on some amino acid supplements..Most of them have vitamins included, to assist enzymatic function..If this is the problem you will note the difference within 4 days.
