A few pus cells are quite normal.....but if he complains of a burning feeling while urination it could be slight urinary tract infection....doesnt seem like anything to worry about....check with ur doc....

this means that under the microscopes 2 - 8 pus cells appears on the high power field ( HPF) ..this value is almost the normal value seen i every urine analysis ...but above 10-15 pus cells indicates a urinary tract infection

without the clinical history, including the age, his medical background, why a urine test is perfromed, a urine analysis could not be interpreted sufficiently and any interpretation could be misleading.
pus cells is white cells (leukocytes) a marker for inflammation/infection.
we are not from the US and are not familiar with the reference value and what hpf stands for.

first tell me age of your husband, albumin trace in urine and pus cell indiactes that he may have 1. Benigh prostate inlargement in this case there is frequency of urine, urgency,ect 2.urinary tract infection 3. renal tract calculi .show you need to do urine culture and sonogaphy of abdomen
