Can someone tell me what (Como telo andegado ir?) means? I am trying to learn Spanish from some guys at work and I want to know what I am saying?

Other answers are literal, I think the slang is translated as "How have they given it to you?" Or, "Can you take what they're dishing out?"

¿Cómo te lo han dejado ir?. Sorry, but this is not Spanish. You´ve already been answered about the meaning, that could be correct, but I assure you that if you tell that to any person in Spain, Uruguay, Argentina or Chile, nobody is going to understand what you are saying. The correct form is ¿Cómo te han dejado ir? How they have allowed you to go? or ¿Cómo te lo han dejado? How have they left it to you? But the verb "Dejar" can only have ONE direct object, or the infinitive "ir" or the demonstratif "te", but is imposible in spanish (and I think also in English) to have 2 direct objects in a transitive verb. Of course is slang, but even being jargon sounds to me weird. Are you sure that you have listened it well?

You misspelled it. Cómo te lo han dejado ir? How have they let it go for you? Meaning how have they allowed things to go for you, they want to know whether someone's making things easy for you or not.

The spelling and hyphenation is wrong but by what I can see
como is 'like' te is 'you' ir is 'to go' but the middle of the sentence makes no sense de is 'of' it really makes no sense. give an update, what do they say you are saying. try this website for help translating. Hasta luego

My best guess at what they're saying:
Como te lo han dejado ir?
How have they let you go? (How have they let you get by/get away?)
