when a person finds themselves repeating the same complaints to their lover, only to be ignored or called a whiner; how long do you tolerate it?
At what point should one give up on expecting their lover to treat them the way they feel they deserve?
Is it nobler to tolerate feeling neglected in the name of love?,
or should one look for happiness elsewhere?

if you've asked them to listen to you time and time again, and they still don't hear you, then you should end the relationship and move on. there's no need to put yourself through unneeded torture just because they don't love you enough.

at what point should one move on? if you are thinking that your lover doesn't get you or understand you, or you are feeling neglected, then i would say that is a good time.

Do you actually deserve to be treated better or do you just feel you deserve to be treated better. If there is a problem, step back and take a look at yourself. Maybe there was something you did or said to make your lover stand off a bit. Of course, your lover could be cheating on you. I suggest taking a look at yourself before leaving. If you find nothing wrong with yourself, you're lying.

Until that person gets tired. At some point you get tired of the cold shoulder and there is always someone there to provide what you wanted. When your in love you put up with a lot more than you would if you wasnt. Love can only get you so far.But eventually that person will seek other means.

dude... stop wasting your time trying to come up with the right words to ask a simple question.

when you feel it inside your heart that you arent being treated the way you want to be treated, you talk about it with your partner. if that person is going to play the ignoring game, then obviously you should know that they are pretending you arent there. so should you be there when that person thinks otherwise? NO.

there are far way more people who treat others as they want to be treated.

this person is missing out on what you can offer.

dont waste precious life moments wondering... just take action.

goodluck.
