Maybe in the land of omnipotence, being a mortal human for 70 or 80 years is just a way of taking a quick vacation?

Perhaps all the religious folk you know are just people who can't relax and "let go of the office"... you know, they can't get into the swing of mortal things.

Maybe earth's increasing population is a sign that we're becoming the next trendy resort or Disneyworld for gods?

Maybe unfair/unexpected deaths are just people getting called back to godland for emergencies?

Maybe suicide is just a way of cutting your crappy vacation short?

Maybe "you can't take it with you" is really just very harsh duty tax and customs regulations?

I think next time I'm going to a different galaxy.

What would you want a vacation like that for, does not sound like fun to me anyway if we were gods would we not have made it a better place not as badly as we have done, I can't imagine how you got this idea except (2Corinthians4:4) If you went to a different galaxy and all your other god friends what do you think would make them not to cause kaos in that galaxy also? Yes Pigs might fly too! I must say though you do have a vivid imagination or is that what you wish was true?

As a religious person, a Christian, you are right about us being like little gods, the Bible even says we are (Joh 10:34 , Psa 82:6), but we are here because we are in training and depending on how we do in this training will determine where we go in the Kingdom of heaven for eternal life, given we are obedient to his Son, or if we are completely wicked where we will go in a place of eternal torment in hell. And yes there are different levels of office in that kingdom and also different levels of punishment in hell.

uh i don't know what's going on but i hope your not serious. Stay out of those philosophy classes they'll have you questioning if there is a #2 or not and why and who made the #2 and whar if its really the letter s if your not grounded Ive seen it happen to college students who aren't spiritually grounded too many times but christians are heavenly beings visiting the earth Jesus made it so we can reign in heaven with him thank God when this is all over

I'm planning to enjoy every day of my vacation then. If I get cryogenically frozen when I'm 80 will I still get my god pay without having to go back to work? Maybe that could count towards workman's comp?

You know, that is very interesting. I have some problems with it, but you would probably like the book "Revelations" by Raven Black. That book is basically that, but a little different. You should read it. It's really good.

Basically, your theory is good, even revolutionary. But you gotta work out some minor flaws.

What testable consequences would such a theory have? If there are none, it has no predictive power and is useless.
