What is some sort of invention you would like to see in something that already exists, but could be improved?

I would like to see hydrogel contact lenses improved with nanocircutry so input could be sent directly into our optic nervs leading into our brain so we could have true virtual reality like in the matrix, ghost in the shell and the movie tron. This would be a fully embodied 3D enviroment and the best video games and chat rooms we could hope for.
