Palms, the reason is becasue you would not have the grip with hair. instead you have sweatglands that produce minimal amounts that help strengthen your grip.
Soles are the same answer as palms.

im no expert in biology, but I believe it's a different knd of skin,. In the case of the palms and soles, it is probably more resilient to abuse, because of all the constant friction that is required of them, the lips, Im not sure why, it is different skin, also, tho.

They get the most "use". They have the most contact with things and over the years, our bodies have evolved and removed the hair there. Hair is on our bodies to protect it. Those areas need the least protection.

Well, it's not evolution. It's simpler than that. Those parts off your body are frequently used. If you opened doors with your head all your life, your hair would fall out as well
