Yes, as long as the primer and the powder on the inside of the bullet doesn't get wet. If the projectile is properly set in the casing, then water can't get inside and the bullet will still fire.

Yes, it will fire. Actually, Mythbusters did an episode (Episode 51)on this very subject and every gun they submerged went bang when the trigger was pulled.

Wet...as in rain, or underwater? Modern ammo and firearms will work in severe rain just fine, and most ammo will work even if it has been submerged. I would question weather or not you can shoot .22lr/l/s/ ammo if it is submerged in water, because of how the bullet is "crimped" into place and is usually loose enough to spin. I would not suggest shooting any weapon underwater, it would probably increase the peak chamber pressure to unsafe levels.

Yes. Do a Google search for underwater GLOCK. Note that's it's not very safe to do so, but it will work. The GLOCK 19 was actually designed to fire underwater with the addition of maritime spring cups.

Scuba Divers use Harpoon Guns which work in the same way as guns so I would assume yes unless these Harpoons are built especially for underwater firing.

if it's not a blackpowder gun, you should be able to. As long as the powder isn't wet, it should fire.
