Ask her out, dammit!! I am in the same situation, but I am the girl. I have had a crush on this guy for a year. Sometimes I give up, but as soon as I see hope again, I am right back in the saddle. Anyway, she will say yes...You know that whole thing, "Good things come to those who wait..."

I don't think it's ever too late to make the move if you think there's a chance of a real connection between you. Just go for it. If it works out, you can laugh together about this later!

do something u normally wouldnt do to get her attention like something romantic but yet funny because she wouldnt expect you to do it like show up at her job with something friendly but not to straight foward and tell her
