Hi there...many kitties get a little dried mucousal drip similar to the dry tears in the eyes. It's quite normal and some kitties grow out of depending on the breed of cats. Persians usually have this for their lifetime.

My kitty did the same until he was 5 or 6 months old...he was sneezing a little and had the black stuff that I kept cleaning off his nose.It finally stopped... I guess it was just a cold.
