I have kids on my plane all the time. You have to call the airlines. Continental charges 95.00 each way plus the ticket. A child can travel non stop from 5 to 7 yrs. Then 8 yrs and up, the child can have a connecting flight as long as it is not the last flight of the day.

You have to call the airline because you have to give a lot of information. Who will deliver, who will pick her up, the addresses and phone numbers etc. Age 15 and older do not have to fly on an unaccompanied minor fee. You can also pay for the UM fee at the airport. Happy Holidays!

Just purchase the ticket as you usually would. When you go to the check-in counter at the airport, you pay a fee of $75 and that pays for the "unaccompanied minor" program. It's very simple. Good luck!

contact the airlines directly...whoever drops her off for her flight will be given a special pass to walk her to her gate where a flight attendant will escort her to her seat. when she arrives, she should be provided some sort of an escort (attendant) of off the plane to you.
