I think you can answer it, it's just there is no right or wrong answer. Hypothetical means that certain assumptions are made, which may not be true in reality. Your question was interesting, and it's good to try to look at things from several different angles.

True believing Christians believe in a binary world. It's either true, false, black, white, right, or wrong. The idea of hypotheticals is lost on them, don't even try. I learned my lesson.

I'm Christian and i have no problem answering hypothetical questions...at University i do it all the time, its called a hypothesis ^_^

fantasy can be quite dramatic and hypotheticals either yield more hypotheticals or open the imagination to applicable insights.
