They do not exist in the universe.
Maybe in our minds . . .

This can only be proved using the Bible, God's word to us.
Heaven and heavens is mentioned in the Bible 700 to 800 times, and is where Almighty God resides.
On the other hand, HADES [ =HELL] is mentioned only ten times.
At Revelation 20;14, HADES/HELL is itself cast into "the lake of fire".
To cast anything into fire caused its destruction.
So it seems even HADES/HELL will be destroyed.
Therefore, it cannot be a permanent place.
Death and HADES/HELL are closely linked [Rev. 20;14]
And death is to be done away with along with sickness [ Rev. 21;4.
So HADES/HELL must be man's grave, whether in the ground or at sea.
And the 'lake of fire' is permanent destruction.
Our death pays for our sins, so there is not much point in further punishment. A loving God would not do that.
The whole "hellfire" teaching is false.

Heaven where the righteous live: God, angels, prophets (Jesus, Isiah, Moses, etc) and accepted people who don`t need to wait for last judgement.
Hell a place with eternal sufferings & burning fires of evil people.
Jesus and St Paul have seen, and some alive individual whom God allows to see to witness for the living so they`ll change their life before last judgement. And God say so in the bible through Jesus Christ.

Do a bad work, and do a good work. Then look deep into your soul after each of those actions. Just try with little tests, otherwise you may not survive to experience the results.

Creator is like Father who would ground his adult children for something they did as children? That's what hell seems like to me. Being far from God in your choices is hell and thay can be on this plane or the here after.

There is no proof of one or the other, just a belief by some. One can not prove anything to a person who don't want to believe in it. It's like trying to prove that there is air or a god.

Can't be conclusively proven either way. It's just not within the realms of the physical universe. Guess you'll just have to take Jesus' word for it. He doesn't strike me much as a liar.

My proof is in the bible. The bible has proven to be true, in my study. The bible indicates there is a heaven and a hell. This is not the place, as there is not the time and space to spell it all out. I answer this way though, to steer you perhaps in a general direction. You may search the bible, and find it totally false, and then get your answer, who knows!
