If a guy asks about you and another guy and the girl tells him that she told the other guy she was "too busy" for a relationship, and the other guy says "well is that true?" and she says "Well, not if the right guy comes along.." and he goes "oh realllllllllly??" and smiles and does a head nod like "look at me" Is he interested?

not nessesarlly it just tells the guy what women do to get out of any comentment, all you did was inform him on what to look for when other women say the same thing then he may think back on this conversation and think to himself i must be wasting my time and cut his loses and move on...
