whats the difference between french kisssing and making out?

french kissing is a particular type of kiss.

making out is a series of different kisses put together over a period of time.

french kissing is kissing with tongue

making out is essentially a lot of groping

Is there a difference?? Unless you are making out without any tongue, I believe they are the same.

I believe the two go hand in hand.

Or should I say tongue in tongue? hehe ;)
