i've been hurt so bad that i'm scared to open up and love again. i really care about this guy but im not sure if he's gone be as real as he say he is. i can't take another heart break. he already cheated on his ex girlfriend before. the main problem is hes like 10 years older than me. we've been talking for 2 years.he's trying to get real serious wit me. he want us to live together and he talking about putting a ring on my finger. but he just got out of jail. but our connection is even stronger. i'm so cautious with who i give my heart to

Everyone is damaged. Everyone has a damage of some sort and it is how we learn and how we grow.
You're damaged, but don't allow that to run/ruin your life. You can overcome it and you CAN be happy, you just have to allow yourself.
I know it's scary, because I've been there. But I gave my current boyfriend a chance and I've never been happier in my entire life.
Can he still hurt me? Sure. Will he? I really doubt it.
If it happens, I know that it was worth it.
Learn something from it, don't let the experience go to waste.

i would say that if you are willing to have a relationship with someone who just got out of jail, you are sure to end up hurt...perhaps you should try to make better choices
